K2 Building Maintenance has a long and successful history servicing both Government and Commercial industries with over 19 years’ experience in the industry. We work closely with our key clients, who include Programmed FM, the Department of Education, and Building Management and Works. Through our current and past entities, we have provided services to Government Agencies through PFM since 2003, and we have consistently exceeded all KPI’s. The value of our contributions, the quality of our work and the professionalism of our people has been recognised on many occasions by our clients.
