“K2 Build (WA) specialises in providing exceptional Construction solutions to a broad range of residential and commercial clients.”

K2 Building Maintenance will continue to bring our proven quality processes and supervision skills to this contract, including regular training, a commitment to keeping up to date with the latest tools and technologies, and a focus on continuous improvement.  This includes continually updating our work practices and procedures to reflect best practice and deliver operational efficiencies.

We operate on the philosophy that small incremental improvements in the way we do business can make a big difference to the efficiency of our operations and the service we provide to our clients.  All staff members are encouraged to put forward ideas about how we can do things better.

 

We attribute our success to the fact that we are very hands-on, and our General Manager is highly involved in all operations. We never stop innovating, we are highly responsive to our customers’ needs and we receive regular positive feedback from our customers in relation to the quality and consistency of the services we provide. In addition, we are able to respond to all requests quickly, and we will provide building maintenance and project services that are delivered locally, by local people.

 

We maintain a high level of professionalism in all areas of our business, which enables us to address any potential concerns swiftly and efficiently. As a result, we take continual improvements seriously and have developed a structured approach to manage quality.

We encourage a high degree of open communication between our staff, management and our clients, and we have found that this provides an atmosphere in which issues and potential concerns are identified and quickly remedied.

We have adopted a systematic approach to business performance improvement based on quality, safety and environmental management principles. Systems and business improvement, the safety and well-being of our people, and environmental sustainability are the cornerstone of all our management processes and procedures.

The key processes set within the company that reinforce our commitment to continuous improvement are:

  1. Client engagement – understanding the client’s requirements and work areas
  2. Operations – planning and safely delivering quality and eco- friendly services
  3. Corrective actions – taking action to eliminate the cause of any non conformities and conducting training to ensure we continue to deliver industry best practice
